Refund policy

We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our products, that we’re willing to offer a 14 day risk free money back guarantee. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 14 days of making a purchase.

Proof of purchase

We will require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase to complete your refund. Please note that we will not be able to issue a refund without the aforementioned proof of purchase.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, therefore you will unfortunately not be able to return sale or clearance items.

Shipping items

Please contact us first, if you wish to return an order.

Returns can be mailed to: iMED Distributors PTY(LTD)  Shop 11 Castle walk , corner Nossob & Lois street, Pretoria. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You should please take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If we find the product to be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it, or it is damaged, we may consequently reject a refund.
